The rules for using Praytify.

These terms explain what users can expect from Praytify and what we expect from people, churches, and communities using the service.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Praytify. By creating an account, joining the beta, downloading the mobile app, or using any Praytify service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown for a feature.

The service

Praytify provides prayer requests, praise reports, Bible and devotional tools, church and group communities, reminders, messages, giving workflows, church administration tools, and related spiritual habit features. Features may vary by platform, account type, church setup, region, beta status, or release version.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You may not create an account for someone else without permission or use another person's account without authorization.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Praytify. If you are under the age of majority, you should use Praytify only with parent or guardian consent.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

User content

You keep ownership of prayers, praise reports, messages, comments, photos, church records, and other content you submit. You grant Praytify a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to show it to the people you choose.

  • Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not post abusive, hateful, exploitative, threatening, deceptive, sexually explicit, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Do not use prayer requests, messages, or church tools to harass, manipulate, shame, or exploit people.
  • We may remove content or limit access when needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Community safety

Praytify includes user-generated content and community features. Users can report content or behavior, block users where available, and contact us at safety@praytify.app. Churches and group administrators may also moderate their own communities.

No professional advice

Praytify is a technology platform for prayer, encouragement, spiritual habits, and community. It does not provide medical, mental health, crisis counseling, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you are in danger, considering self-harm, experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Payments, donations, and subscriptions

Some Praytify features may support donations, support purchases, subscriptions, or church giving. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers or app stores. Taxes, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and donation designations may depend on the receiving church, organization, payment provider, or app store rules.

App license

Your use of the mobile app is also governed by our End User License Agreement. If you download Praytify through Apple and we do not provide a custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application EULA may apply as required by Apple.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Praytify at any time. You can delete your account in app settings or through Account and Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

Disclaimers and liability

Praytify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Praytify changes. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, email, or our website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
